Use the search button. Just go to the SCX 10 section and you'll find some pics of the bodys mounted.

the front aluminum angle is Shoe Goo'd to the underside of the body and has held up well to repeated abuse. abuse that has broken the body several times...
The body posts are screwed to the alum angle.

the rear bodyposts are screwed to a plate that is also Shoe Goo'd to the underside of the bed.

[edit: I do them this way on most of my rigs]

I'm in the process of mounting an F-350 to an SCX10 and here's what I've come up with thus far.

Front mount:

Rear mount (Velcro not shown):

But here's my problem now:

So I temporarily added this post to see if it would help and it did, though it needs to be more rigid, IMO:

I added a piece of styrene to join the cab and the bed and it took care of the bowing problem. I'm just looking for input from those of y'all with more experience with hard bodies....is this a good idea or should I look for a different solution?

The plan would be to bridge the entire gap between the bed and the cab:

I like what Tommy did here. And good idea closing the gap. I'm working on an F350 Alluminum body right now. Tommy link to your build?

Thanks! And I realize you found my build, but in case anyone else cares (and is too lazy to search!), I put a link in my signature.

I know Mines not a hard body, but for mounting mine I treaded some delrin tube and made cross bars and side posts so I can tread a 3mm button top screw throught the body and fasen it that way. I have 2 on each side and one in the hood and one in the box. even with a lexan body its very clean looking and extremely sturdy.
Dont even hardly notice them.

Front tilt welded to grill support.

Rear using factory pins.
