Well i started this build for about 2 months ago, i have now something to show at last. I got insperation from some off road evolution JK:s, the new poison spyder JK and some other JK:s. Specs are... New bright JK Stretched/bent scx chassis. Plastic Trex 60:s. Junfac driveshafts. R2 tranny. Killer t-case. RC4WD dual rates, front and rear. Thunder Tiger ds1015 servo. 3 racing winch to come. Mayhem 8holes. Rok Lox. I got a few more things to do but the main things are done. Pics... ...thats all for now! Last edited by G-crawler; 10-23-2009 at 12:43 AM. |

Thanks! Yea me to, i have had this in my mind for a while, i still got to make a better linkage from the lever to the axle, need some small rod ends or something like that, also destroyed one of the shocks in a mappgas/shock GTG!

Wow, great JK build so far. This is going to be awesome, I look forward to seeing what else you have planed. I currently own the 1.9 Poison Spyder customs Jeep that you built, the craftmanship on it is unbelievable so I know this JK will be just the same if not better. Looking forward to the next set of pics! |

Cool! I'll make sure Mel sees this. (Owner of the shop) We just built him an SCX10 with a JK body so he's super pumped on the RC Crawler scene. I'll be tackling the Evo Lever setup too. I'm building a replica of my 1:1 soon. |

The evo setup is sweet, cant wait to set it up properly, one shock is broken so i cant test it all out, new one is on the way tho. The rear is pretty heavy as it is right now, maybe will need other springs on the shocks later on.

Awesome build bro. I've seen a cantilevered jeep before, not as nice as yours by no means though: Rubicon with Dirk influence(WTF?) |

Great looking build! I love what you've done so far and can't wait to see the finished project. Let me know what it would take to have you build one for me. Larry McRae |
