| Vedder's 4Runner
Well two rigs I have always wanted in my collection is a Jeep XJ and a Toyota 4Runner. I now have one of them(well sort of, I still need to build it but...) Thanks to a great guy named Rich (pardonmynoob) I have a kick a$$ 4Runner body! I am really excited about this build. I was going to build this rig exclusively over on www.rctoyotas.com but I was told by someone that I really needed to post on the other sites too. Plus I wanted everyone to see what a great job Rich did on the body. But if you are not a member of www.rctoyotas.com go check it out and if you have a yota build, post up over there. The site is growing very fast so it would be cool to get in on the ground floor and early stages. The low down on parts so far: Bruiser axles Rummy style Bruiser chassis Chino Military wrap leafs Hilux body custom made to 4Runner by Rich Bruiser Builder glass Bruiser interior Wheels and tires are eritex beads with SDI XL Trail Docs( these came of 1bjb's clone) Last edited by eddievedder; 12-05-2009 at 12:10 PM. |

Thanks all!!! This build will take most of the winter since my newborn takes up most of my time. It will be slow but I intend on it being my most scale build to date with a custom 4runner interior and such. Stay tuned. ps. Thanks Rich (pardonmyn00b) for making the body. Sorry dude I hope you dont get flooded with pm's from people asking you to make another but I had to give you the proper shout it. It really is sick down to every detail! |

Thanks guys! I really owe this to Rich though. I mean if I just built a Bruiser based Hilux, no big deal. So the body work is what makes this one special. Quote:
