How about gold and white like parnelli's "BIG OLY". Or the BILL STROPE baja theme would be awsome! I like the snorkel!

Sorry, not taking custom work at this time, but perhaps in the future! Thanks!

Are those the rpm lights?

I was having a thought like using them in my build, but couldn't tell if they would work by looking at a pic on the internet..

wrx-n-ktm 04-19-2010 06:55 PM

You using a 110V MIG??? I really want to pick up a little 110V and a bottle of argon mix to mess around with. I use one all the time at work, so I at least have a lot of practice! Just wish they were a bit cheaper!

yes, I love them! They hold up really well to rolls. I have abused them on the Hybrid a bunch and they just grind down- they dont break. Awesome lights!

XSRCdesign 04-19-2010 07:45 PM

are those the full width short course ones?

I use a Miller 135 with C02/Argon mix and .023 wire. Works quite well! Be sure to get a MIG with infinite voltage control so you can do the tiny stuff...

Thanks!

Full width. We have the short ones here at the store too, and they'd be neat up on the nose of a racer.

I wish your shop was my LHS...

I probably could build a whole extra rig a year in what I pay for shipping..

SlickRockSpider 04-20-2010 10:13 AM

Do you have enough room for a summit tranny.
