Wouldn't be a mog if it wasn't top heavy "tumble-r"

Planning on doing a split battery pack mounted on each side of the gearbox to lower the CG.

Brazing done for now (more to come later for body panel, lights & accessory mounts). Next is to wire it up and test!

Thanks! Going to run it with a the front clip to keep it looking like a mog. Other than that, a floor and some side panels to hide the gearbox and electronics. Hoping to keep it simple and clean

Finally found some time to take this out for a test run-> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTr1hwR7jg4
Thats a 55t for now but will eventually swap it for more wheel spin. Overall pretty content with the suspension and weight distribution. Things will change when body panels and accessories go on - hopefully for the better.

Looking good. I bet the panels and accessories will help use the suspension a little more with the added weight.

Hope you're right The rig is almost too light right now for the suspension even w/the shocks angled in like that.

Hey man it looks killer. Your brazeing is perfect and the design looks awesome. As for being top heavy (which I prefer a top heavy rig) you could just weight the wheels and it will help alot.

Thanks! I'll definitely keep wheel weights in mind once I get this thing together and start to tune it. Though I'm watching the weight as I build, its hard to call where it will be once its done. I expect to add on about 1.5lbs max in scale details.

Small update(been too busy w/other projects)
Got the front aluminum floor cut and braked. Used some 2mm screws to attach it to tubing. Those bolt heads are still to visible for my taste so Ill have to figure something else out. The aluminum will eventually be scuffed up or powdercoat black. The wood flooring will be aged, stained, and faux bolt studs added later on.
