Another mog build... Started with a set of T-Rex's & an R2 w/disconnect. Using a CR01 shell to set the scale. It'll eventually be swapped out for a more minimal hard body - details on that later. My roller so far-> Front will run drooped. Travel is bias to the rear. Next to my previous build |

| Yes it does! But aren't you working on something else right now? As long as its next! Just my luck - as soon as I started this mog I was given a GI Joe Willys! So I guess thats next for me... I'll have to keep an eye out for some RF or Comp Crawler axles.

This is what inspired my build Not needing to use the entire cab, I decided to pull a mold off the CR01 shell to build a hard front clip. I haven't decided on the final material yet but my first 2 test pulls are made from a mix of bondo & resin reinforced with fiberglass. I managed to trap some air bubbles due to my vigorous stirring but these are good enough for a mock up. Final one should be better. Live and learn! |

Too bad they don't make 2.2 mud pluggers. They would be perfect! Looks good, dude! |

I like where this build is going, its going to be cool. The mudslingers would suit it i think too. My SCX honcho is done, just get my mini up and going, and its on to the tuber. |

Got more tube and tried narrower 1.9's just to see how they look. Definitely want to stick with 2.2's but nice to have the option to run 1.9's. Probably will scoot the rear axle forward .5 inch. |

Those 1.9's give it a better scale look as compared to the 1.1 rig. Keep up the great work. Subscribed!

| You're absolutely right. I'm still playing around with that - as you can see from the original placement I have removed and rotated that front upper mount. The articulation still sucks but I don't really want to lay the shock down rear ward as it wouldn't be as scale looking for a mog... but that may be my only resolve.
