sounds similar to something you did when we first met up for a comp about 3-4 years ago.

It already limited by steering hitting the frame.

Few updates. First I put my old honcho cab on and last weekend I borrowed BOWTIE's wheels.

Eddie from C.I. was kind of enough after much begging to send me a B-day present. 4.75'' tall foams. Thanks again Eddie!! I will be running them this weekend as I have scale comp.

I ran the claws this past weekend with stock foams and no weights in the wheels. After the day was done and swap my tires on few different rigs, we all agreed that the claws work well on slick river bed rock. But I definitely needed to weight the wheels.

Today I received my Fubar rings. Thanks again John they look killer! I got the foams in and weighted front weights, new rings installed came in 8.3oz.

Claws look good but waiting to see how well they perform compared to Lox's or TSL's.

In the amount of time I have ran them. I liking them better than rok lox's.

I think the new compound of the claws are huge improvement. With the NOVA foams will them the support they need. They nova's are taller and wider than the stock foams.

I hope rc4wd will start making the rok lox's in the same compound.

I finished up mounting the up the new foams and new rings.

I wanted do something different with my steering. I had local club member made this. The steering is insane full lock to lock steering. I'm not finished yet.

I also added axial 30* bent links in the rear.

I have local scale comp 1-29 that I feel the rig is ready for.

i loved the look of the white cab and claws. anxious to see you get them dialed.
btw the rox lox and claw compounds are identical. the carcuss of the claws may be thinner giving the feeling of a softer rubber.

truck seemed really well balanced.
