Thanks guys!

I expect to have the chassis back from powder coating tomorrow. So the rig should be running within a few days or so.

I didn't get the chassis back for the weekend. The powder coating shop had been painting white all week.

Did some work on the dash, though.

Nice instrument cluster. I see the odometer still shows 0 miles, since it is a new build.

You are right .

Now, looking at the dash on the picture, I see that the odometer is not fully horizontal, . A shame I didn't notice that befpre I glued it on to the dash.

Added a few more details. I'm still waiting on a steering wheel and will probably add some warning lights and a few buttons.

maybe I missed but how are you keeping the magnets in place? Great idea by the way and killer build.

Painted some of the interior:

I like how you made the seat brackets and interior. How are you bend the tubing or steel rod?

I'm mostly using 4mm hydraulic tubing, which is fairly easy to bend. You can bend it in a wise for tight radius bends or use a tube bender. I'm still thinking of fabricating a tube bender of my own. In the mean time I'm using a cheap bender like this:

Thanks!

I'll have to wait with outside pics till the spring. There's only snow outside.

Next I'll move on to the remaining panels, a fuel cell, some scale accessories and an aluminun roof.

I did some shading on the panel lines of the hood. I'm not fully there yet, but I think I'm heading in the right direction.

Any tips and tricks on how to do this are much appreciated.
