just another honcho.. well kinda, xtrail frame axial scx shocks, wheels tranny etc.. dont have a clue what the wheelbase is ive changed it so many times but it ended up just perfect after i put some sc10 fenders on here and the width is just bang on to me and the wheels tuck just so nicely. |

The bed sides look cool. Ive seen a few done before. The best fitting ones so far (that I have seen) are from an old e-maxx with the short wheel base.

on the one pic where you have the frame flexing and the body off, am i correct that the shocks are inside the frame rails??? what did you do to do that, I know i cant do it right now because I have my battery there. give you better travel??? tell me more lol I agree, love the tires! |

Thanks alot guys the shocks are on the inside of the frame Yup and i wouldnt move them to the outside if ya paid me, for some reason with them on the outside the flex was suprisingly stiff and very limited compared to what im used to. Its a VERY tight fit when the rig is flexing i have a mm or two of clearance between the shock, both links, the frame and the honcho flat deck thing, and then another mm between the top n bottom links and the frame, everythings so damn tight and look cool with all 4 long links lol. This isnt a Scx frame so i dont think this setup is possible unless you have a xtrail frame and have it set exactly how i do because the clearances are so tight but everything works amazingly well and is extremely smooth and can articulate like crazy awhile still being stable.
