I have a SCX-10 Honcho that I just got running this evening and I don't think it has enough suspension travel. I don't know if the shocks have to much oil in them and making them bottom out to soon or if I need to swap out some parts. Can anyone let me know what I need to do? Thank you.

Take the rubber bumpstops off the shock shafts to start, and see how you like it.

The shocks won't compress enough to hit the pump stops. do I have to much oil in them or will that have any effect on it?

Sounds like you put too much oil in. I tend to over fill my plastic shocks since just means it'll take a bit longer to fully leak out.:lmao:

try loosening your shock caps then compress it.
