Updates...

-Took out the GCM Transfer Case, just running Axial trans now.
-Swapped in the 1.9 Mud Slingers.
-Proline Shocks.

Sweet rig man! something different.I was curious why you ditched the t-case? you mentioned driveshaft failure? MIP? I was thinking of getting one of these t-cases is why i ask.

Thanks man!

I only ditched the T-case only because I designed the TC drive shaft angle too steep. The MIP drive shaft held up, it was actually the Robinson output that broke. That GCM tranfer case is bullet proof.

Wow you broke a Robinson output? hav'nt heard of one of those breaking.Thanks for the info,sweet rig!

so thats y in one of the first pics acouple posts up we see the fronts spinning like crazy and no rear movement? thought u snuck a seletable tcase in there on us!!!! great rig!

Decided to do a bit of a tear down for the next WARCRC scale comp. Plans are to add new paint, new motor, grease diffs, check bearings and some other details.





Nothing a little build up primer and new paint can't fix.


The sliders are holding up pretty good still.


And got hooked up with another Brood 35t motor. Decided to power down a bit, and wanted better low end control.

Got one of those RC4WD "ARB Winch Snatch Blocks". Very cool little scale piece.

Got the front axle and shocks torn down. The Super CVD bearings are toast, hope I get some new ones before next weekend.:mad:
