I started a FJ40 C2 build two weeks ago but after thinking about it, I just thought there is just too making FJs out there. I wanted to something a bit different, so here we go...a D90 truggy.

This will be based off of Chris Abel's D90 rig but will have the same tube work as my F-350.

If it's even half as cool as the inspiration, it's going to be bad ass!

Thanks. It's a lot milder than this. You're making me want to do something like this with the D90 hardbody I have.

I love the narrow front end!

Guess you didn't need 2 D90s huh??

That will look awesome with a cage similar to the super duty.

Done yet?

This is going to be very cool Justin! Isn't it fun cutting those bodies up? Can't wait to see more progress on it.

Wish I had a couple of weeks off.....

At first I was like "what the hell did you do to this body". But I can say that the last picture looks bad-ass.

Are you working on this or just cuddling it and tucking it into bed everynight ??

Bring it to the skook so we can fondle it in person

Its coming along, made the chassis rails, built the trans, but had to run to the Plastics store to pick up some Delrin. Will post pics tomorrow.
