Cool ***2011 - Lemo Jeep YJ***

hi guys.....
I finally have to time to work on Jeep YJ body with my buddy
and he is really want to build a YJ, but just too lazy.....hahaha
basically, he is using his scx10 honcho to rebuild it as Jeep YJ!!

well,let's see what we got here..

ok....it is a honcho from WARCRC scale comp last month

and now....take body off and start to rebuild it.......wow
these are what we got two weeks ago.....hope u guys like it!!!!

YJ body here.....cut it and extended the body in order to fit on the honcho WB

the body looks pretty long.....lol

work on interior and the drop bed...not bad, huh!!


got a new shocks now...this shocks is very firm...(thinking to put some soft spring inside the shocks)but, anyone using this shocks now??


well, try to hide the shocks, so let's put a wood on the bed...but, should be something else...hahaha

alright....have a little time this afternoon
so, I started to make the front bumper and rear bumper.
it is my first try...looks not perfect, but I accepted it!!!hahahahaha
well, thanks Devlin and other guys to share some idea about the brazing before!!

by the way....
here is the 4 link truss..
it looks better than before huh...



Finally...time to re-paint !!

Working with the brass is pretty easy isnt David ? Looks like you managed pretty well for the first try
