Custom 1 off Xtreme Taco/Honcho. Prob not what your expecting...

Ok so I recently joined and made a couple posts of my jeep but I really wanted a Hard body Tacoma or 4 runner. thought of just making a box for the Honcho, or using a Tamiya tundra for a base. Instead I scratch built a Tacoma style body..
it's not exact but it'll do for me.
I bought a honcho cab to chop up and use most of the front end for my build.
even though the wheel arches aren't the same as a Taco it does have the round curves I did want. so I went with it.
I have made a grill for it though, but it's not quite finished.
I'm still trying to figure the box sides for it, I might leave it or add more layers and round it out some more.
this truck will be on a scx chassis with rc4wd leafs in the rear, but that won't be for a long while yet.
this is my first attempt at this so please be patient with me. as it won't be a one week project lol
here's some pic's of where I'm at....
sorry about the quality of pic's.. (phone pic's)

How strong is the styrene. Can it withstand a good beating.

We need somone of your abilities to make some tacoma style bedsides and make a mold. I'd love to have a bed for my Honcho instead of the cage.

Ya I was going to make a box originally for the honcho body but I wanted a pretty much full hard body. My Tacoma is about a inch narrower than a honcho.
