Default Another early bronco build, by 00racer

had some spare parts laying around decided to throw this together

I didnt spend a lot of time building it was gonna have all stock suspension but I got impatient. decided that i wanted a fun little basher
specs are

homemade chassis 1/2 square tube bent to shape then cut in half
homemade aluminum shock towers cut on the bandsaw
scx skid, tranny and axles
1.9 proline super swampers on axial plastic wheels
mixxed pile of links
tp mg945 servo
sidewinder esc
an old 27 turn motor
3s lipo
might bolt on a winch not sure yet

on to the pics

body is just sitting on for mock up

I used 1 gallon oil jugs for inner fender wells

well the maiden voyage didnt go so well. first its way to fast, drag brake makes it do front flips,

and then the carnage

this is what i came up with to repair the rear 4 link

had to trim the wheel wells a bit

the flex shot lol

still in need of some bumpers

video is short, out of focus and totally unrealistic....... so enjoy

87/20 on the tranny and stock axial axle gears, the motor is an old paradox 27 turn 24 degree single spec

got the rear bumper built very simple but does the job

I decided it needed some rock sliders and they serve dual purposes, you cant see it very well but the battery mounts to the under side of the floor pan and it leaves the battery exposed. now the sliders act as a battery protector too.

Havent done much with this rig but beat on it. I did finally get the servo winch mounted, it still needs a proper hook but it works awesome.

As small as that body is. It looks right at home on there. Excellent work!
