thanks to all!! and railripper, YEP those are your pitbulls hahaha

I didnt want to unbolt mine when I had some right there LOL... thanks for that!

and this thing is VERY straight Dustin, I thnk it may be one of the best as far as evrything being mirrored, its real good, AND its solid too.

you should not EVER have any problems with the chassis bending, twisting or anything.

turned out good guys thanks for all the kind words!

NOW, lets ship this back and keep this thread going!

monday it will go back to Dustin for further bad assification

Holy crap! That thing looks like a tank! You will definitely need the beefy drivetrain upgrade for this pig. It really looks great, everything looks very even and straight. I really like the exo front fenders, not too much but enough to be noticeable. Nice job! I'll have to come check this thing out when Dustin is finished with it.

Working out that drivetrain as I type! Your welcome anytime.. Just give me a shout and head over! I'm start to mark spots for my scale course here this weekend and hopefully get started on it within the next week or so.. Things have been CRAZY since I got here!

yeah I havent weighed it yet but im thinking its 4+ as it sits with body. when done it will be one of those 8-10 pounders, the chassis are very heavy out the box, but super stout and easy to weld/build to

not any scx chassis thats for sure its a BEAST...

its ok tho, my jeep weighs in at 10 pounds and I can hop it over rocks all day, recently it flew of a 10 foot drop straight down onto solid rock, not the soft kind, SOLID kind and landed right on the front bumper ds corner and all it did was break a couple links from the force. crazy tuff!
(I was taking a picture while it was on an edge and hit the reverse trigger)

this should be no different! TUFF as nails

I like the way a heavier truck feels. I've got a Toyota I just built and there is no tube work. Hard body, No interior, Spare tire and a decent front bumper. 8lbs

Nice work, keep it up.

Bin O axles patiently awaiting greatness...
I'm sticking with the pitbull tires unless the rig is too heavy for them..

Motor picking fun! I'm throwing in this 27 turn epic with shiny new brushes!

and after much thought and not wanting to rip a used fxr out of one of my other rigs I have decided to give this rc4wd mayhen esc a try..

I have 7 more of these lol so when this one takes a chit from being run on 3s I can just throw another in! Has a 5v built in BEC so I kinda have some power headed to the cheapo 645 servo.. I could stack this sucker with 500 bucks in electrics but this is a HOMELESS build! Not a sponsored build!

Ok so time for some paint! I want to keep with the used theme so I only had a few paint choices to work with.. red, dark red and red red. So I figure I'll give it a layer of red , red red and a layer of dark red and when I have another half used can I'll give it some more...lol We's Ghetto! fool!

hah, dude your funny

thats just great, love the pic, looks like the ass end is missing tho. didnt fall off in shipping did it?? I was worried about that since its just mig welded steel, shoulda put fragile stickers all over it.. dooh.

hey, also wanted to say i re-inforced all the cracks in the body and fixed a few with shoo goo, stuff is super strong and you cant see it, mostly inside anyway but you should be ok now taking that body on and off. you see how tight it is. maybe should made it looser but it works

Thanks man! I'll report back the esc asap.. I'm going to be running 3s on it so I'm sure we'll know whether or not it's any good fairly quick!
