Cool 2dr Jk

Just finished building a 2dr jk, got a 1:1 fairly recently and I wanted to build a mini one. Ive have built a jk unlimited before, it was one of my fav bodies I have ran, so i wanted to do another (except a 2dr this time)

Im running mostly stock axial scx10 stuff. Have the 20t wraith motor inside, and a traxxas water proof servo.

My 1:1

1:10

Pro-line interior I coming from my unlimited build

After the paint

Sticker-ed and bumper-ed up (trimmed up the dingo bumper, also ordered a tire carrier from rpp hobby, going to paint the bumpers as well.

some minor details for ya

Looks good! Nice to see that you use your 1:1 Jeep as a Jeep and not just keep it to the pavement haha. 1:10 looks good too!

Haha, I have a WJ, and the dealer we purchased it from told us that the previous owner was an 85 year old man that only used it to drive to California to visit his family, and other random road trips for the 8 years that he owned it. He said that he told them the four wheel drive had never even been engaged. If he saw what that thing looks like now, he would have a heart attack because it has truly been driven like a Jeep lol.

Hijack over

it looks great. it would look pretty cool if you cut the fenders off, lifted it a little, widened it about a half inch, and put 2.2 mudslingers on it

So trailing today was Ight, drive-shaft came off 3 times, and the spare tire mount wobbles like crazy. Other then that was pretty fun, didn't bring my digital camera so no pics sadly. went on a new trail so wasn't sure what terrain was there, turned out to be a few roots every here an there, but nothing to eventful.

Shaky spare issue resolved. Was missing a screw on the bumper attachment.
