Default Re-born

Ok, short story, then pics.
I took my daughter to our last comp, which was also the maiden voyage of my new class 2 I just built. End result was my 12yr old daughter beat me by 13pts running a basically stock honcho and my new rig took 3 drops from a substantial distance.
So, she wants her own rig now and I had one with severe damage. Hence, RE-BORN.
I originally wasn't going to post this up but the more it reaches the completion stage, the more I'm diggin it.

Here's what my rig looked like

Only bad apart about it you got that freakin Chevrolet disease. Hahaha. But it's amazing what you can turn a mostly stock Honcho into. That think looks sweet!

I love the crew cab truggy look. Search around and you may find my take on it. The tubework looks good. I'd tack some shock mounts in and cut the rear chassis out.

If it's working decent for her and she keeps her interest in the hobby, I will definitely hack off the back frame section and do a few other mods.
Going to try and get some paint on it for her in the next couple of days. What color you ask?? Already had a request for pink w/flames

Got the paint on it for her. Now to tear it down and repaint the chassis. She's killing me with the "is it done yet " but looking forward to seeing her run it and having fun!
