I got my mount brazed on the front bumper for the 1" light.
One really great thing about these lights is that there is a lot of material that can be cut or shaped to fit your need.

I've got a plan for the light as part of the water proofing that should look pretty cool, but you'll need to check back to see it.

So here's what I've got for the front bumper.

I painted the back of the led with liquid electrical tape to cover up the white backing and also to help with the water proofing.

Awesome!! The test was conducted on a light without the liquid tape water proofing.

Thanks Marc!

Petty bright boss. I picked some ones like them a couple of months ago and have been thinking of mounting them up. Figured I can make my own housings.
Also thinking of getting the Heyok kit that sllows your lights to work off your ESC for brakes and reverse

Lights are looking good Brian. I havent had any problems with water and mine got wet alot at the G6 in cali. Ive had more problems with the toogle switch for them, so that will need to be addressed.

Glad those tires are working out, looks like a good option.

Yeah I'm going to have to see if I can't find a waterproof micro switch or something for the lights. I've got some wiring to do yet and still need to decide where the rock lights are going to be mounted.

Tires were awesome and because of the weight of this rig I used the stock foams instead of the Nova's I usually run.

Well I've spent the afternoon putting the lights in and getting the H2 back together.
I still need to paint the backs of the rock lights and roof lights but other than that they are done. I used a 12v 10amp toggle switch for the lights that I got from the auto parts store. The switch is tucked out of the way up in the rear passenger wheel well where it is difficult to see unless you are looking for it.

I am loving these lights and can't wait to get it out for a night time shake down run to really get an idea of how bright these LED's really are.

Rock lights..

Bumper with winch and lights installed...

Lights mounted on the roof. I used a micro Deans so I'm able to remove the body...

All lit up...

Thank you!

They are running off the same 2200 that the truck is runnIng on but on a switch so theyre not killing my run time. I do have (5) 2200's now so I should be good.

Thanks.
I don't think I have time to add anything else new right now though.

I'll take you up on that if it starts to look like I have time though.

Night Pics!

Okay, so I've got the much anticipated night pics of the LED's. These lights definitely speak for themselves, THANKS CRAWLER-DAD!!!

These first couple pics are with the truck 11ft away from my garage door...sorry I got my fingers in the way of 1.

This next pic is me standing at the door looking toward the truck and then again about 3 feet away.

This next couple is in the street shining on the car from 13ft away.

And this just shows how the roof light is shining on the roof marker lights which light up the interior...pretty cool!
