| Project: "Mini Me" (SCX10 Clod/Chevy)... This is going to be a "Mini" version of my Exo-Cage Clod/Chevy. This will not be narrowed but will get some fender trimming. I don't have the time now, but after Axial Northwest Scale Nationals, I will be making a flat bed.

Here is the body I started out with, sorry this paint job is not my style. 1987 FTW. Filled in the hood. Made an access hole in the bed for future lights or lipo location. Here is the tool box I made for the bed. All trimmed and ready for paint. Last edited by justinart24; 09-24-2012 at 12:23 AM. |

Got the chassis all together and mad all new links. Wheel-base is 12.1". He is such a good helper. Shot of the rear links with the GearHead 4-link mount. Shot of the front links and the New-Era 4-link mount. |

Here is the bumper I came up with. Braced good for any future angry driving. I thought this was a cool idea, I made the bumper mounts fit inside the frame rails....to help with any up and down forces. I also drilled two holes on the bottom the bumper mount to hold RC4WD shackles. Got started on the sliders. Last edited by justinart24; 09-24-2012 at 01:58 AM. |

So far so good Justin. Just think, somewhere some Tamiya guy is cussing up a storm at you for hacking that OG body. OMF wheels are sick.
