Well it's been over a year since I started this build, life has just been in the way the last 8 months or so. Since the "LIL' YJ" has gone to a new home and SWSC is only a couple months out I figured it's time to blow the inch of dust off this little guy and get him done.

I took a little time at the shop yesterday morning and got started on the front shock mounts.

I finished bending them up last night.

Of course you will.

I figured it was time to step it up a bit over my usual nut welded on a rod hoop. School of the Grand Piggy!

Thanks for the Props Guys!

Here is a small update, not a lot of time this week.

Slider mounts and rolling again.

I'm happy with how the shock mounts turned out.

Well yet another year has past and this poor thing is still stuck on the bench, just not much time for building the past couple years. A few weeks back I decided that I was going to try to FINALLY get this little guy done hopefully for RMSN.

When I first started this build I always felt that it should be on Leafs, but I hadn't ever messed with a Leafed rig and didn't want to break out of my comfort zone. After staring at the chassis for about an hour one evening I decided to set it aside and ordered a TF2 Kit.

A few days later the TF2 Kit arrived at the shop, before I had a chance to open it up 1BadJeepBruiser offered up his "Mini Me" Bruiser/TF2 which I felt was a much better platform for this build and gave me a huge jump start on set up. So here it is!

Like it better on leafs , more like the 1:1 . Funny thing is I'll be doing a four link coil conversion on our 1:1 built yj . Great build
