I had built one of this two years ago and sold it and it didn't take long for me to miss driving it , so I started another one , Let me know what you think. Heres a few pics.

Nice! I'd give my left nut for a 1:1 FJ45.

Specs? What electronics? Chassis?

Love the FJ45 also. Are you going to stretch the wheelbase and add a bed?

Its a scx chassis , Axial trans , 35t motor , sidewinder esc with a bec traxxas water proof servo and a rc4wd tube bed with the spare tire mount removed.

Thanks , I just bent up two pieces of aluminum and dilled the holes , the top is the frame cross member cut in half and turned on its side.

How do you keep the mirrors from turning down to the bottom of the door. Theirs only one mounting hole.

Little update , I changed out the bumper with a winch bumper and put a rc4wd winch up there and wheels and put on some 1.9 iroks. I like the look of the old chrome steelies.

A little update , Change the rear suspension to a 1/4 elliptic and add some dulles.

You really did a great job with that body, you hide the cut lines very well. Really looks good!
