| 6x6 drive shafts
Am in the process of building a 6x6 with scx10 axles and scx10 tranmission on a custom c channel chassis. What are some cheap driveshafts that can be modified to fit the axles and straight through axles to the third axl

you could just use stock ones. there are a few ways to do it. i shortened a male shaft and glued a female shaft onto that. i have also drilled the center of a male shaft out and tapped it. inserted threaded rod into it, and then threaded another male shaft that i had cut off, drilled, and tapped. there are other ways to do it. maybe someone else will chime in. did ya try searching? edit, one other way is to use two female shafts and glue a male shaft into one of the female ends. Driveshafts and a pass-thru axle are two different things. As was said, stockers chopped down for the small distance between the 2nd and 3rd axle work well.
