So I was sorting thru my box of parts and realized I had enough laying around to make another rig. Just needed to make a skid, some frame rails, a set of bearings and and esc/motor. Grabbed an old cutting board and made a skid. Used my xr10 side plates to mount rails to. Slapped everything together and presto, a roller ! I think I will pick up cheap waterproof esc and a motor. Might change it in a mud truck. Anyway I go I'm looking forward to getting this out for some bashing.

Got it up and running. Used a battery box from a wheely king, esc and motor from a twin hammers and a traxxas receiver box. All the electronics sit on the custom rails nicely up and out of the way.
Took it out for a spin and it is a lot of fun. Not a lot of suspension travel but it did fine. Front shocks/springs are pretty stiff so I need to do some tuning. Also need to attach some bumpers so I can unleash the kids on it. :-)
