k9poopoo, the hinges are just the smallest ones i could find at the hardware store, made of brass. i wanted to use button head hardware to mount them but am all out so i had to use the crappy tamiya screws.:-(

looks awesome dean. How wide is the track width with those wheels? I need to place a tower order soon and could get a set then.

WOW that would be 1.75" narrower than mine right now. I think I"ll get a set for the mounty and leave the army truck alone.

EDIT: I ordered a set along with the other parts I'll need to get the mounty going.

Yes it does, looks almost dead on for my 81 Yota before I went crazy with the sawzall and welder.

W0W, just went back and looked at the toolbox, rear winch, etc.!!! I'm speechless now, I don't have the patience for that kinda work anymore...used to build static models like that back when. Those lockout hubs were nice too Microgoat. I also vote for the Imex Swamp Dawgs.

.....WOW... nice work. Truck looks amazing. Are you still working on the smoke system for the exhaust? Would love to see that work. O yeah, great video to, can't believe how much it handles like a 1:1 too.

Wow...

The smoker is out the window. i can't get the exhaust unplugged! It's full of dried mud which is as hard as concrete.:-(

After checking this thread out I have to bring it back from the dead

Chino...im trading my 8ight for a bruiser roller. All original chassis and axles and wheels but with a pede tranny and clod body. Hopefully i can pick your brain some as I try to build it up to be half as cool as yours, LOL. Now I just have to find a yota body

So back to the scale rigs eh James? Good deal! I just traded my Super for a nice High-Lift.
