Tires look just like the mickey thompson baja claws.

I'd say keep em. Looks similar to my 1:1 truck nice!

Now all you need are a few creases in the lower parts of the body panels, a few beer cans rolling around in the box a whip cb antenna off the rear bumper and a rifle in the back window.

I little heat can make simulated rust bubbles around the fenderwells. You can also siften up the body panels to create dents and creases.

Love this truck. I'm excited to see it tomarrow at Highrocks. It'll be great to meet you, too. Keep the claw dawgs. Tim.

.... but wait there's more!
here are some tires i have been wanting to try. i cant remember what wheels these are but, i thought they would look cool on the scaler (wagon wheels anyone?). i cut off the outer bead section and glued the tire to the rim without a bead ring to support the tire. it makes it appear smaller than a 2.2. i like it! tires narrowed to look like mudders as a few others have done before. taller than claw dawgs (4" compared to 3 7/8").performance? better than the claw dawgs, not as good as the mini mashers (obviously). can't wait to try them in mud or on wet rocks. what do you all think?

and the best part, they still tuck!

WOW, this has inspired me more than any other truck on the site, after reading through these last 8 pages I now know some of the key things I want to accomplish on my next build, keep up the great work!

Those are the rear wheels from a Tamiya Stadium Blitzer. I have a set I've been coveting for the exact same reason. Hadn't thought of leaving the outside edge off. Very cool idea
