I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for taking the time to look at what I'm doing, making comments, asking questions and giving me your opinions! This is my first custom build. Any help is greatly appreciated! I've still got a long way to go with this and all of your kind words are what pushes me on to make it better! So Thank You! |

4 Attachment(s) Well, I think I did pretty good on the back of the cab.. I put a pic of a real one, then what I ended up with. The front of the bed is just a plain old sheet of styrene. I'm not going to do anything with it because on a real one, there's just a bump in it. It was actually a lot easier to do this than I expected! To do the back of the cab, I used a piece of .040 styrene as the back. Then I took a piece of .060 and cut holes in it in the shapes that I wanted and just glued them together. The next thing is the inside of the tailgate. I've also been trying to figure out how I'm going to do the tail lights on here. Anyone have any ideas? |
Yeah you can send the body back to me now  Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk |

3 Attachment(s) I forgot to add this last night. I found some angle styrene and used it around the top of the bed. A real chevy bed has a lip down both sides of the bed and I thought this did the job pretty well. And super easy! Still trying to figure out what to use for lenses on the back here! Help! Someone out there has to have an idea! |
