If this thing has a scale 3.0 in it I'm going to step on it when I see you to save you the head ache of a 1/10 scale head gasket job Your welcome Last edited by 1BadJeepBruiser; 04-18-2014 at 07:16 PM. |

Just remember the MLS gaskets and maybe you can swap some Camry 3vz DOHC heads on it while your at it. Do a Google search a guy was trying it years ago but I don't know if he ever got it to work. Sent from my Phoneamathingy |

Damn noob! if you would not have posted this here and showed it to me at the ECSC I would have said "yah BS! now show me your real class 2 truck!" I guess we are all moving up this year. I actually built a truck with power and it's waterproof! I blame John. if it wasn't for the ECSC my wife would not be asking me where $1200 in RC parts went! |

Did you do some kind of xr10 mod on front axle steering or it's illusion from angle or it's like 50 degree steering from scx10 Vanquish upgrade?

I started giving the body some details to help identify it as a 3rd gen then it hit me, this is a cwarler so it needs to look like one. I then cut off all of my hard work and went a different direction. I'll donate the fender to charity or something. Perhaps the 2014 ECSC needs more raffle prizes? Success. Cwalrer. And so I don't get accused of cheating by using a first gen as a base I changed the window trim corners to be more prototypical. Old. New. Yes, I'll be smoothing out the ugliness inside the missing fender. At first it didn't seem like this body was ever going to look the way it should but it finally came around. A slight wheelbase extension is in order. I heard all of the kids are into cantilever suspensions these days so I picked up some parts to give it a try. For less than $10 in parts it's worth a shot. Now I must do it all again on the other side. | |
