Yeah they are pretty bright. Headlights are just as bright as the light bar pretty much.

IDK.. from a scale standpoint, luv the bumper and tire carrier... (eventhough I criticized the price point when I first saw them awhile back)
XR Mod, is beautiful, lightbar kicks ass too but from a comp standpoint, why so friggin short on the wheelbase?

Tonight I threw on some vp knuckles and chubs which allowed me to use the tie rod from when I was using the 8 degree knuckles. So one less link to have made.

I also decided to take the CI rock Beast closed cell foam and wrap it with the stock outer foam of the growlers. Seems to be a pretty good setup without buying new foams.

Got some Yeah racing shackles and mounts in today. The mounts are way bigger than the hand made ones. Shackles are bigger than I wanted too but for $12 I'll make them work for now. Still need the scale bolts for the shackle mounts but besides that and maybe some colored winch line it's done.

I also have some new wheels on the way.

Instead of showing you what I did I'll just show you how I reused the spare tire taillight. Wish I could make it light up.

Get one of those small LED diodes like that are in the lightbars. One little diode will be more than enough for that little housing.

Link me to what you are talking about. Maybe that will work for the front marker lights too?

Default Fr8cture's 2dr Jk

I think he's talking about an SMD (surface mounted diode). They're the flat, square shaped LEDs.

Great build so far by the way! I couldn't resist those JK bodies and picked one up for myself haha

I used a flat square style led for my headlights but it wasnt small enough to fit in there...

Also you should design 3d printed smittybilt xrc flares for this body. Would be sick.
