Don't have the chassis in hand (owe 1 payment) but I'm wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to stuff a 2200 to 3300 mah 3s pack into this thing?

For a little bit extra I could have a working hood like the 1:1 but this build is getting expensive so I'm looking for ideas.

You could velcro it to a side panel.

I can balance the skid plate with a 800mah 3s but any bigger than that and the weight gets really out of wack. This rig will perform as well as it looks.

Negative. Gonna follow the 1:1 build as close as possible but we'll see how that goes. I'm not really a scale guy.

Hoping to send it to Ricky B and the owner of the 1:1 this winter for some photo opportunities so I'd like it as accurate as possible.

There is a way to put the battery rite in front if the spur gear. Make the dash swing up with zip ties and Velcro. Check out Jrad racing interiors.

I mount a 2200 3s behind the seats in Avenger, I grounded on the side rests of the wraith seats so they fold forward just enough to get Lipo behind them then fold back, oh and this is a killer chassis by the way

I read your thread twice looking for a bettery. That makes sense.

And thanks!

you could go with a saddle pack and make the packs the bottom of the seat and add some axial race seat uppers to them, or go the behind the dash route as this rig looks like it has a rather large dash. Build looks great very detailed and clean brazing work.

4s saddle pack might work but I think I would be asking for trouble running a tekin rs in a semi sealed environment. No plans on ever running a 2s pack.

Had to wait a couple days for tuner to build sweatshirts.

Chassis ships on Monday.

Can I ask what you charge on a chassis like this? Would love to add to my garage.

1:1 bombshell has a 110" wheelbase and 43" stickies with 17" bead locks.

Thinking this will be a 1.9 rig.
