Crude but it'll do for now. All electronics minus the battery are on the kid.

Went to finals with only 5 feet of testing. Very confident in this buggy. Weight was hardly a issue. Buggy felt very predictable. Had a dnf on the hardest course of the season. Watched people get 35 ponits by gate 5 and finish in reverse. I wasn't so lucky. Second course was the lowest score until I got to a easy finish line... That's when I heard "JUMP IT" So.. I did.. and hit a gate. Finished with a -6 Shout out to EmeryworX, Dlux, and Calderwood. They're generosity has kept me going. A big thanks to MNRCRC for hosting the events And a big FU to Mike |

Won some seats at finals and purchased a exo motor since the one ordered from hong kong disappeared in transit. This has been one of those builds that looks better every time I add to it. And here's a shot of the side chick. Stock scx10 deadbolt with some cheater parts. |

Thinking about stepping up to 2.2 tires. This skid plate design sucks ass with little tires. Normally don't ask for suggestions but I'll take some on tire size. |

Those 2.2 TSL's look good. The XL 2.2s would be too much. RC4wd tires (Mickey MTZ and Dick Cepek) would fit for scale size but the tire designs don't fit the motiff of the rig except maybe the new mud slinger XL's, they're 5.5" and X2ss compound. Gonna have to step up that motor to handle the extra load. I've actually had good luck in the past with the Tekin hi-torque rotor in the Redline Gen1. Can that Tekin ESC hold up to 4S???? |

I'd run a mmp if I went up in tire size. There's no room up front for a 4s. I'll look into a rotor. |

Torque problem is solved. Worked out a deal for a rx8 and 8th scale motor. |

That's the plan. Might have to send the chassis back to tuner and get a opening hood going. There's no way I'll get a bigger pack in this thing withwithout loosing interior space. |

Also might be time for Erik to send you some modded housings to handle that power and not blow out gears.

I'll probably need ar60's at that point. Transmission is in backwards right now and if I want a decent interior I'll need to flip the diffs to get the rotation going in the right direction.

Do the housings get any weaker when narrowed? I plan on using tubes.

I should be able to use my xr width tubes in a ar60 axle housing, correct? Excuse me if they are dumb questions. I always thought Id be running scx10 cases. |
