Taking apart a perfectly good 1.9 wraith and turning it into a rock bouncer with the help of tuner from EmeryworX. Parts in hand: Scx10 / xr modded axles Wraith skid Wraith transmission with Axial dig Steel transmission gears Ud rear/ stock ratio front Dlux V2 knuckle weights Calderwood servo plate and rear link mount Duuuuuuuuuude risers Tekin RS with 4s mod Tekin 17.5 4" big bores Parts needed: Trail Ready wheels Stronger servo And a bunch of little chit I'm probably forgetting Eventual parts down the road: Another xr modded Scx10 axle for rear steer Scale ls1 No pics of the actual chassis yet but this guy works fast. If you haven't seen his work check it out. EmeryworX chassis Last edited by djjiz; 10-04-2014 at 10:56 PM. |

Think I found a way to get a lightweight LS motor in the back. Got one of these coming from Hong Kong. Type V8LS » DEMI WORKS Last edited by djjiz; 09-13-2014 at 01:43 AM. |

That thing looks wicked It also looks really heavy. Any estimates on how much it's gonna weigh?

Stock wraith chassis is around 18oz. This chassis is made out of DOM so it will be a little heavier than some I have built. I was on the fence about using brake line or DOM but I think I made the rite choice and it's only .50 more per foot. It is defiantly a strong stout chassis.

On September 5th tuner mentioned he was waiting for materials. On September 14th he showed pics of a finished product. I wish I could afford to do buisness with people like this all the time. |

Great job by Emeryworx. Looking forward to seeing it in action. So will you have it in time and assembled for the next comp to run in 2.2 trail? Would be sweet to see how she does. Dna |

Negative. Still owe two payments and the wraith needs to stay together if I wanna beat you and WTChuck. Also need wheels and tires. Got chrome trail readys on order and counting pennies for 6" swampers. |
