| cboggs' UC Fab 1.9
Since Ive got the Yeti running in the 2.2 class and I had this Ultra Custom Fab chassis sitting here, I was thinking of what to do for a new 1.9 U4 car. Well this is the result, even though the chassis was made for 2.2 it works out really good for a 1.9 build! I have transferred all the parts from my U4 land cruiser over to this and should have it running before our next U4 race on Nov. 2nd. Green Methods are also on the way! |

Really like the looks of the 1.9s/SCX axles on this car. 2.2s just look so big and out of scale on most of them. While rock racing hasn't really caught on in Oregon yet, I would like to build one myself. When/if that happens, I will be building a 1.9 rig as well.

| Re: cboggs' UC Fab 1.9 I got the apache drivers to still put in and maybe add a spare tire. Also I need to lower the servo a bit and figure out where I want to put the battery. LockedUpRC spools are on the way and some regular HD gears for the front to get rid of the over drive gears, I already have the rear under drive gears in it.

Almost got it ready for next weekends U4 race, just need to put some drivers in it and make the chassis shiny again. Its currently running a Tekin 10.5T motor, MMP, under drive rear gears, HD gears in the front, LockedUpRC spools, RC4WD Compass tires with CI 4.75 DD foams, and of coarse some awesome green VP Methods. and a pic of both my cars together... You must really like Monster energy drinks. The green methods give it that perfect match! Nice rig.

| Re: cboggs' UC Fab 1.9 I run a 2200 3 cell beside the transmission, opposite side the motor is on, so its right under the driver going front to back. I put it there to help balance out the car left to right, that way it jumps level in the air. |

very good solution for battery position, there are a plate incorporated in the skid, have you a image of this?
