Those axles are some beautiful stuff alright but there is only one thing I'd change. Swap out the VP chubs and knucks for the scale ones , they're the same price and a lot stronger with the clamp -on chub. If you haven't got them yet see if they could fit them instead ?
Great build , what motor/ESC you running in it ?

Thanks for the info northkona. It's a little late to swap them out. They will be here today. But I'll look in to selling them and get the scale ones. Planning on a MMP with Tekin roc 412 3100 or a Holmes hobbies trailmaster 3100

Got my axles from Supershafty.com today. Pit in the Strc upper link mounts and RC4x4 Performance Stainless tie rod links on before I headed to work.

Scale VP...

Got the axles today and they have the scale chubs and but the knuckles are not. These axles are pure beef.

Thats cool they're using the scale chubs but I'd still swap the knucks as well , they're a step up from the V1 with the double shear mounts and one piece design. The scale welds on them look wicked too.

Thanks for the info. I'll check them out and put them on my "want" list. Yeah the scale welds in the pics I have seen are really nice also.

Thanks I started talking to Neil toward the end of Nov. But we I helped him with the design so it took a little longer. Not sure how long it would take to get something he has in stock.

The upper 4 link mounts are from STRC and I got them from RPP. The servo plate is De-Wanger Servo Relocater and got that from SuperShafty.com. De-Wanger Servo Relocater - Super Shafty

So I did a little work the other day on this rig. I pulled the SuperShafty trans out of the Mantis to use in here.

Do you have the chassis yet? Curious to see how it looks with the Wraith wheelbase instead of SCX wheelbase. Looking forward to seeing more.

Nope. Still don't have it yet. Waiting on Lue. I'm curious also to see how it looks. If I don't like it I'm going to get the Ultra 4 links from RC4x4 Performance Stainless on Facebook. He made them the length Harley Design used on his Ultra 4.
