RC4WD Gelande 2 D110 Build/Review
 

Finally bit the bullet...Got a good deal and some free goodies for it as well. This will be a small review...mostly pictures and some driving video. The build will probably evolve in time with metal accessories and scale details.

Been hearing/seeing some not so pleasant workmanship with some Rc4wd parts/kits...BUT every complaint was settled with a happy customer in the end. So, I decided to drop the coin and give the new kit a whirl...deep down I've been waiting for them to re-release this kit.

Thanks man! Will do for sure...actually sanding and prep work in progress now. Waiting for LHS to open to get servo extensions and more wire to feed the motor..this thing is limo long.

It comes with everything to build the rolling chassis including the body and interior.

Looks great. I'm equally glad they re-released with Yota 2 axles and an improved body. This will be my next build after finishing my TF2 and Ascender. Look forward to seeing where you take it.

Thanks fellas! Made a little more progress today. I got the electronics all in and functional. Went with a HH 40t TQ Master Sport, AE2, HH Trailmaster Servo "thumbsup" and of course a CC BEC. Got some of the body done today...considering it's snowing I felt the need to bust out the spray booth. I'll let the top dry overnight and hit the main body tomorrow. I got a few ideas about the open space in the rear of the interior.

I really like these RC, Thats RC, Land Rovers especially the long wheelbase 110. Looking forward to seeing more."thumbsup"
