I think your Aisin hubs look fine in regard to the depth of the hub cap. They are substantially shorter than the Warns that were on my FJ40.

Outstanding eye towards the detailing that takes this over the top! Just curious, since you are one of the small handful of builders capable to doing large scale modifications, how long until you you can't stand the un-scaleness of the coil overs and you fab up some hangers and leafy springs?

I may even be willing to part with a set of my hoarded Chino military wrap spring sets to motivate you...

About 2 more days until my RPP order arrives. Lol. The G2 is great for a linked truck and all. Ran one as my Class 1 truck last year. But an FJ40 has to have leaf springs. Going spring under too. Not my first try at it either, my Austin Gipsy is a leaf sprung Gelande II also.
