Default Nuttin Fancy Hilux

I have been wanting a hilux truggy for some time now, and being I needed a class 2 truck for national I thought this would be the perfect time to finally build it. It will pretty much be a run of the mill hilux with some tasteful mods to boost performance.

Build specs:
Crawl space contender chassis
scx10 housings
xr mod up front
proline scaler shocks
pitbull rock beasts
C.I. foams
rc4wd raceline wheels
all hardened trans gears
blue monkey cms plate with servo winch mount
GCM front/rear trusses
blue monkey TI links
KMS 180 OZ. winch
rc4wd mojave body
H.H. brxl
H.H. 35 Turn
heyok 4amp winch controler
C.C. bec
3s power

So, lets get this party started. First up will be body mounting and the start to the sliders. Local scale badass, and my cousin Crawlorado719 will be doing all the tube work for me.

Got started on the back.

Going to have a spare tire mount, fuel cell, and some light tube work. I have it in my head, hopefully it comes together the way I see it.

I wouldn't say bada$$...maybe advanced novice lol. This was a fun truck to help build. Hopefully it can hold its own at nationals!

Ok, got some more done on the back. Its starting to really take shape, the main structure is done. The rest of the work in the back will purely be for looks, also 1/8th inch tube will be used to cut down on weight.

Spare tire mount, and sliders have also been added. Still have a few touches to add to both.

Looking pretty shnazzy there! Tube work and Tiyotes go together like biscuits and gravy for sure... Oh, and is that ANOTHER FJ I spy in the background!? ...It's even a pretty color... Those things are popping up everywhere, it's outta hand... The other day I swear I saw one pass me on my way home from work on Rt-4...

That is an Fj, and next to that is a d110. They are not mine, these pictures were taken in a buddys man cave. Thanks for the kind words on the work so far.
