POORMANS HIGH LIFT ***DONE***and COOKED!!
 

Well I got it done and wen for its maden run and plugged in the ESC and SMOKED IT never got to move it on the ground under its own power........

Dude your lift is sweet! But what happened to your ESC? What motor and ESC are you running?

is that a 80 - 90's hard bodied f250 (350?) body in the group shot? where did he get that, that looks so solid "thumbsup" . great looking trucks!

So did you figure out what happened to your esc John?

the truck looks great ! so what about the esc?

donno i just plugged in the battery and the wires got damn hot and started to melt the plug together


AND YES the front shocks are supposed to be upside down more a fitment issue than anything

its a duratrax intellaspeed W/rewind

i beleive it is a tamiya blackfoot extreme body. i think it will run ya about 60 bucks for everything maybe.

I think you can get it from tower for about $50-$60 range and thats not bad

its great cauz NOTHING on myine is from a high lift!! Its just parts I had laying around!!

Looks good. Poorman and Highlift doesn't really go together.:)

its ok my novak crawler set up came in today!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Bringing this thread back from the dead the body is holding up quite well for the beating it has been given!!.................now for the updates the inner fenders and read bulkhead have been made,painted,and installed as well a s set of MSD rock rings

and the brushless crawler system is BAD A$$

notice the LACK OF PAINT on the bed tubing this ol' girl has been getting her azz kicked and she is looking a little rough!!

and the wiring in the rear is a temp thing untill I figure out where I am going to mount my battery box for the light kit!!

I don't have pics as of now but I will once i get the battery box mounted for the lights and get the wiring cleaned up a little better...........looks like spagetti in the cab now.....perhaps this weekend cuz it gonna be like 5 degrees here

anyways nice 1.9 crew and nice flat bed highlift to bad theres no esc in it it would be cool to get a vid of the 1.9 crew all crawling together8)

All you have to do is go to our website and look under videos there are some there.......heres one for ya tho and IF you read the posting you would have read that I did infact add a novak crawler brushless system

4" of fresh snow.............this was on the roof of my wifes van..........almost eye level for me

the snow looked really funky last night it ALMOST looked like the fake stuff you get at christmas......................and with the 2.2's on it the front bumper worked good as a plow..................ALOT of K-turns in the yard!!!
but it was fun tho the batterys don't last in -15 degree weather
