Default Need help

I am currently looking to build a scale truck after my current dodge Durango I got a body picked but I don't know what chassis to run under it, was looking into the tamiya an axial trucks but they are a bit much. I just want to build a truck after my road truck it will be driving on blacktop and a dirt driveway, not sure what a cheap one I can get, I have servos, and radios but that's it. I plan on running traxxas electronics

I don't want it to look Rc like but more scale and true to scale. I want it to mirror some thing like this http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0005_large.jpg

Buy a star and hit up. The classified section or eBay. Cco1 or scx10 or hpi crawler king would be close and the crawler king with coupon on tower is reasonably priced

The Cco1 is a great little chassis, 7 inch's wide with tires mounted, so narrow enough to fit under most bodies.
But it is not a crawler out of the box. Even with a 55t motor and 2s Lipo it is to fast with not enough torque. It is great as a trail truck.
Rc4wd has their mud thrashers which look a lot like the ones on your truck. And might be small enough to give you the look you want.

Anyone try the gmade rigs? They may be a bit cheap but if I'm just gonna build it to look like my truck then it should work the only thing I may do with it is go mudding

The gmade stuff is OK depending upon what you do with it. The r1 is a cool racer but not an awesome comp crawler, with out mods. I have no experience with the Jeep from them however the u tube videos I have seen it proforms well.
