I'm guessing it will be a Parma 50's Chevy Van with the "Grave Digger" paint theme by a custom airbrush artist.

Small update... Not really much of an update...

Good news though! The body will be at my door Monday!

I bought the vp center caps but wasn't a big fan of dealing with them when getting to the wheel nuts.... So instead I used these 3d printed break rotors jcad gave me after I failed to win anything from the Christmas giveaways last year. :lmfao: Much better than a empty wheel. I was thinking maybe the gmade hubs? Seem like little hassle with those.

Threw the Protek 170T into my yeti and then I notice the 150t wasn't turning smooth. So I opened it to check it out then it locked up on me. Contacted Amain told me to send it in and they'd send a replacement. They didn't ask about what happened or anything! A+ Amain.

And I bought A SSD Rock Shield diff cover for the front axle. What a pain. I painted it red went to go put it on the locked up scale hardware tool ripped the paint off so had to repaint it and sanded down the tool. I got it on this time with minor damage. Maybe I'll get it powder coated eventually.

Well that's it for now. I start a new job tomorrow at 4am. but that means more rc parts.

Nice build!

I like Toyzuki's parts and this really showcases them well.

Can't wait to see it finished.

What we've all been waiting for! well atleast I have for a year and a half. This was so worth the wait. It's just sitting on the chassis still need to remove rear shock hoops and adjust rear links. I was way tired today so I took a nap. 4am shifts suck.

As you can see alot of work has went into this.

Here's a run down of what was done.

-new hood design
-smittybilt based fenders using knk hardware
-rocker armor
-corner guards with round taillights
-tailgate armor
-roof split and replied together to look like it's removable
-filled in shock holes in the bed
-light buckets through out for scale
-cleaned up the back of the interior of the cab
-new gecko green and black paint job

I have a few scale things to add to the body like a light bar and hi lift jack. Maybe some other things if my friend sends them to me.

Thank for looking hopefully body mounted tomorrow.

That is killer! Love the rocker armor, fender flares, the choice of scale hardware is bad azz, that just adds tons of realism. And i'm digg'n the green

Thank you I think everything turned out perfect. Exactly how I wanted it. To stand out from all the jk8s and brutes I was seeing 1 1/2 years ago.

Thanks not sure about the rear tires maybe Ill just let them rub really didnt want to go to anything smaller. The Ci foams make them about a 4.65=ish tire. Will the foams get smaller after breaking in?

A little on single stage closed cell foam. Corners will round down a bit and the foam will compress a little as well. Nothing crazy though, unless you drive them 8 hours a day for a week or so.

Alot more break in gets going on dual stage setups with closed inners and open cell outers.

Im running the dual stage mediums. I don't have time to drive really any amount of time currently.

And thanks IM really liking how its coming just need some vp light bar mounts for my light bar and some sliders and rear bumper.
