Got a few new goodies in the mail today..... A couple "scale" items. I got a proline non-functional winch and painted it to match the body like the 1:1 then I added a jerry can to the bed. But the biggest upgrade took some work to fit onto the axles since they werent designed for each other...... No pics of the process and no pics of the rear, but they are on there......... |

Really liking this build!!!! Can you post a couple pics with the body off? Would like a better look at how you got the trans to clear the interior. |

Here, you can see the front bumper area. The scale body molding that is the front sway bar cover on the 1:1 slides under the bumper to secure the body. Here is a closer shot of the body hinged open exposing the rear hinge at the back of the chassis. It is a stock axial chassis blockoff piece that would go where a bumper mounts if you dont run a bumper..... Cooler and toolbox insides also visible.... These show the body hinged open on the chassis. You can see the hole I cut in the floorboard to accommodate the transmission. I turned the skid around 180* to move the spur gear and case forward to preserve as much of the interior as possible....... This is a shot of the chassis layout.... Crude but functional... Interior Shots from both sides and rear window..... | |

Man those look great. How was the swap? All stock swap or did you upgrade the internals for the D60?
