A few parts came in today for the trans. I usually just run the plastic housing in my other rigs but picked up a VP case from a buddy. I'm moving the skid forward so I went with an extended out put and finish it off with Hot Racing gears. Waiting on the motor mount and Team KNK Hardware to finish it up I found a set of Powerstrokes in the classifieds so they will go on this rig. I run these shocks on a couple other trucks and I've had good luck with them. Got the dremel and drill out to start the cap mod. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

Got the body back today. I ended up going with the sticker bomb dip. Other than the pattern on the doors looking stretched it looks good and I think he's going to love it. Should have some more parts in the next few days to get going on it again Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

Loving this build. Body came out great, and I'm sure he'll love it. It won't be long before he's right there building with you! Roo (age 6) wants to build a Yeti next, but he has to pass his swim test first. (Yes...I shamelessly use RC as motivational bait, lol.)

The hardware came in yesterday. I decided to try the new Scx10 Black hardware kit from Team Knk. I'm also going to use their new hexes. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

I like how the cab turned out. What outputs are you running on your tranny?

Plan A and Plan B. Interiors aren't my strong suit although I'm going to give it a shot. If I can't get it done in time I'll throw the Spawn interior in until I do. If anyone has another Willy Driver I'm in the market for one. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

Got some parts in to assemble the front axle. I went with the LURC F.I Spool, OD gears and Killer Kustomz cut axles I've always used the bronze bushings so I'll stick with them on this build. For my bearings they get a good soak in Corrosion X It's starting to look like something now. After the bearings and gear are installed I run them on a drill to get everything broke in. After the final assembly I'll set it up on a drill press for an hour or so to make sure it's broke in and everything is working properly I went with the LURC bushings for the knuckles. They are too thick for the vp knuckles so you have to sand and polish them to your liking. You would think for the price of the knuckles VP would include them... When you order the pre cut housing assembly and tubes from Creationfab it comes with stainless hardware. Since I'm going with the Team KNK black hardware kit I'd had to swap it out Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

Found this gem in the mailbox today! It's the Y-Town Crawlers CF motor mount. I think I'm going to put this on a few other rigs also Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |

Still waiting on parts to finish up but a very cool item showed up in the mail today. The new KillerKustomz scx10 skid! It looks pretty sweet on the chassis. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk |
