OnA while back ago I did a build called the "simple tj" Cmyers1 "simple tj" Link above if you want to check it out. After a stupid decision to sell it....I was unable to track it down and buy it back. So I am forced to build the simple yj. Parts list.... I'm digging that chassis, especially the upper link mounts. What did your wheelbase end up at? After I complete my yota build a YJ is next. |

Took the time real quick to start the fender trimming....always worry I'll screw up cutting when I do this. |

I subscribed to this thread, because I'm really liking your build so far!! My next project will be along the same idea, only I will be making my own YJ body(to match my wife's 1:1 scale YJ) from aluminum, like the ZJ body I'm building now. Slow 1/10th scale aluminum ZJ body build. Keep up the good work! |

I don't know why I like that color. It just looks good on them. I've never owned a yj...I have always had tj's
