Thanks bro! Here's the two tone! Hrs of work. But it's paying off for sure. Probably going to be weathering it a bit like my k5 I did before. Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk |

Thanks brotha. Weathering has commenced Well this light bar is disappointing I got it for that 70s/80s KC light bar look. But it's just too small. Perhaps I can find a raw piece of aluminum to stretch it out Also. These bad boys came in. Decided on 1.55 (oops) cuz the 1.9s are too big for the OE look. I know. It's 5 lugs and not 6. Can not find 6 lug wheels in this size Going for this look. Turned inside out to get that deep dish look. Idk, may grow on me. Needs those locking hubs perhaps to look right Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk Last edited by xjmachine; 05-06-2016 at 05:23 PM. |

Okay guys Here is the update I'm sure many are ready to see Rc4wd d110 chassis and leaf springs came in This is a long chassis Its quite a bit longer than the stretched axial one I initially wanted to use Can't forget those lift blocks to keep it authentic Now to drill the holes for the spring hangers as the d110 chassis is not set up for leaf springs. Found a cool way to mirror the exact holes on each frame rail. Just measure, and bolt them together and drill away Now for the spring hangers. I swear it looks like they belong there Axles next.. Love the flat springs, makes for a nice ride You can see how long the wheel base is on that chassis, and it's quite long as it is Initial mock up!! Just messing around with tire size. Maybe later on it'll get a "lift kit" lol Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk |

Thanks bud Time to get this kc light bar figured out while I wait on some cool stuff.. If you remember, this was way too short I actually found some brass almost the exact same size... Just wish it was solid. But oh well, I will put some spacers in there to keep it from crunching when it's being bolted Lol a little bit long Now trimmed You can see how much longer it needed to be Burb pic with most of its chrome on Look good together Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk |

Got my tranny and t-case all together now Watching my favorite show Here it is mocked up in the chassis Its adds quite a bit of weight, gonna have to add some leaves Top view. I still have to figure out how im going to run the rear shaft. Still gotta put all the stuff on the motor, but there is plenty of room for a radiator and a big shroud like these trucks have Body still needs just a little bit of work but its still coming along Thanks GCM for this awesome t-case! Okay so some more parts came in I ordered the v8 mounting kit to snag this crossmember from.. It did not fit between the frame rails how i had imagined. So i found some old leaf spring hanger parts and cobbled this together to mount the transmission Just mocked up, t-case still needs grease. I was lucky enough for all these things to line up lol Just added a long m3 with some spacing to get the t-case level Its pretty solid. I will be adding another screw after its installed for good Next i just decided to get a super long driveshaft for the rear instead of the 2 pc carrier bearing. Looks real good Front shims will be added to correct pinion angle Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk |

Is it possible to mount the front shackle through the frame at the back of the front spring and move the stationary hanger to the front of the front spring, like the 1:1 K-series?
