I guess I'm due for an update... Lol

I got a SDI propeller shaft to use as a intermediate shaft instead of the bulky plastic shaft.

I did some work on the sides of the bed and filled in the old rear door handle area.

Now what I've been waiting for for a long time. Vanquish SCX10-II Curries! Here is a picture by picture assembly of the front axle. I also got some new steering links from JEC Racing.

Close up of the replaceable threads on the chub.

All done and mounted. I liked them so much I ordered a set in black for my other JK8.

Here is a better shot of the wheels I switched to.

Off the chain my brother... The front end with the body work on the grill, the bumper, winch etc looks damn perfect.

Got my GML sliders in today they look great. Gonna tweak the mounts to get the body lower.

Thanks everyone. My wheelbase is just over 13" so longer not shorter.

I Tweaked the sliders so it shows the door line the other day.

Last night I switched to a Vp panhard mount because it looks better and I was able to move on forward for my slightly longer than stock front links.

Wow what a killer build
Really liking those new currie V2 axles, In my opinion they are much more scale looking than the og ones. Just might have to pick a set up.

Can you run a wriath knuckle on them?

I don't believe you can right out of the box but vanquish is coming out with some really nice v2 knuckles soon.

No not yet. I just finished school today so I'll probably do a little more tomorrow but I need to lay down some primer to see what I need to touch up on and its gonna be below zero the rest of the week.

Hello my friend, are you sure the vp panhard mount will stay in place and won't rotate?...... Mumbling
