Default Juggernog C2 Jeep Build

Those who have played Call of Duty should know where the name Juggernog comes from. This will be a Jeep truggy, aka juggy, and I just thought the name would be fitting.

I commissioned PIMPNROCKS to build it, I've seen a few of his builds pop up on here and in my opinion he is killing it. The communication was great and he took all of my ideas and vague sketches and implemented them perfectly. Highly recommend him for your chassis needs.

This will be a slow build over the winter, focusing on scale realism. PIMP made some nice protection up top for the lightbar and a mount for the fuel cell.

Here's the parts list so far, I will update this as parts are added.

Front axle: Scx10 narrow xr mod, 38/13 HD gears, FI spool, TJRC brass tubes, vvds, bomber knuckles and C's, RC4x4 stainless steering links.
Rear axle: Scx10, beef tubes
Wheels and tires: 1.9 Gmade steels with Ottsix Voodoo klr all caps.
Shocks: Axial dual spring take offs

Let's start with the first pics I was sent, everything is just tacked into place here because we were working out details.

I asked PIMP to build the front bumper to replicate some 1:1 Jeeps that I really liked. It came out perfect, the last picture here just has that "mean" look. At this point in the process everything was pretty much the way I wanted, and paint was coming next. I'm planning on running a heyok chassis mounted winch, so he made a nice spot to mount the fairlead. I thought the steering wheel was a nice touch as well.

Here are some pics after paint. I love a black chassis but I wanted to do something slightly different. I ended up going with flat black, and I'm glad I did. Still trying to figure out what color I want to paint the body though, enjoy.

Got it rolling over the weekend, I'm taking everything off of my truggy and moving it to this build for now. I'm going to upgrade alot of stuff over the winter, and those parts will go back on the truggy for my daughter. The axles are scx10's with gmade steel beadlocks. The wheels are definitely getting swapped out, but they don't look bad for now. These pics are pretty bad quality, I took them in a hurry. I just love how this thing is coming together.

Small update, got the body painted. I ended up going with gun metal and trimmed the grill to match to contour of the tube work. I did that out of necessity because I picked up a narrow xr mod front axle, and the steering is impressive. I also added a fuel cell in the back. I know the pics aren't that great but it's too cold to work in my garage, and my kitchen had the best lighting.

I'm pretty sure they are a Chinese copy of rc4wd racelines. Pretty good quality though. Vanquish style bolted on hubs.

Super easy, imo. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price.
