Great design, welds It would be great if you showed some pics of that holy grail of a welder you have. It shows your talent has stepped up a bit. Not saying a machine makes you, you have always made killer rigs in the past. Now you have the upper hand. Great build so far, me likeey |

I'll try to do a vid of the welder in action, maybe put a camera inside the booth , see how that works . I think I am just a fool with a cool tool ! | |

A little more done on the Hinged body setup , I think it needs a bit more tube work on the rear bumper, some more stainless fab work to do. The external bolts on the body will be a bit more discreet with maybe a stainless plate on the outside , yes , I'm making this up as I go. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

A couple more tubes added to the rear, much more how I want it to look , 3mm and 6.3mm tube . I try to keep the fishmouth joins nice and tight to limit filler and just fusion weld. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

I needed a fuel cell to fill the gap between the chassis rails so I fabbed one out of 0.5mm titanium sheet. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

Awesome works as always. I'd love to have a welder around the house, but a laser welder. You have just upped the game.

Cheers, CM9000 but the welder has a 15x scope on it so weary old eyes aren't a problem (like mine !) Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

I wasn't happy with the size of the fuel cell and it needed a filler, so cut weld and fab some more titanium. There wasn't a ton of room for the rear wheel to articulate so the extension that has the filler on it ended up a pretty weird shape. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

I needed something else to dress up the fuel cell so a tube cage was fabbed up. I used 3mm tube fishmouthed and a couple of bits of solid wire. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

What are your plans for paint? So you have a scheme in mind or just all black? It could be worse |

Time to start on the sliders and a double shear mount for the trailing arms. The left side has come out the way I wanted, now all I need is a duplication machine to do the right ! Haha, all good templates were made. Its all 0.6mm titanium sheet, and im still using that stinkin laser welder ... Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |

Another scale item added to the build , functional bump stops. 6mm, 4mm tube, a 3mm bolt and washer and a biro spring. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk |
