| 1965 Pontiac GTO Convertible build
This is one of my passions, and I truly love each of them, the Pontaic GTO. It's not a truck, but as usual I post it on rccrawler forum, hope you don't mind that, because I still like the off-road better. The scale between 1/8 and 1/9. Materials: 2 mm styrene, remaining of 2 and 3 mm komacel, one-component putty, epoxy putty. We started with blueprint and paper model. Select the scale. I couldn't find komacel and began working with Evergreen styrene. Komacel easier to cut and bend, styrene firmer. |

Thank you to everyone, I am glad that this build is interesting to you. Video for inspiration. It was the first time I saw it. The Pontiac story from Parenthood series. |

I try to make 2WD chassis this time. The frame was cut in half, to make it longer. And I used a leaf spring suspension. Rear shaft had to be shortened slightly. The wheels are fantastic, they even smell like candy. It is 1963 Monogram 1/8 scale wheels and tires. The wheels fit perfectly, which is really great, because I did not have them when I was building the body. |

Seriously killer stance, 1/8 scale wheels and tires look right at home. Car must be at least 21" long, just a beautiful build. Great work sir.
