Went for a night crawl with a mate.



Found a new weakness.





So a repair plan was put in place.

A new shaft was shortened to suit and I shortened the previous long shaft to go in the short side.
Before now I had made the tangs too small and there was s heaps of play. Now, there snug and are the right lengths. So that's a win.

But this enticed me to begin a complete reconfig of the electronic elements for better cog

Started with adding sides to the original boat sides







Managed to get the front section bent up as a dash board and attached a wraith dash and inserted a voltage display and a bec for the exterior lighting



Added a rear section and a coat of paint

Purchased some rock beasts, the growlers were just a tad small. Made some new custom foams to go in too. The whole combo is a touch on the soft side but that seems to be the nature of the rubber vs growlers??

Stretched the front wheelbase and trimmed the front arches some more.

Made a snorkel from some R1 links and added some rubber flares.

not much has really happened lately but Burnie has today been fitted with some new shoes.
