Default Ifs lc70

This trucks life started as a Twin Hammers and an AX10 slider. My goal was to run IFS on an Axial chassis. I am just about complete with main assembly. Much is needed in the way of suspension tuning and the small details. First run around the yard and it didn't break or go up in smoke, those are my two main targets. When I turn the front end dives down, this will need to be addressed immediately. The 4 link and cantilever setup works suprisingly well for being hodgepodged together.
Integy 35t motor
AE5 esc
All metal scx10 transmission
Twin Hammer front IFS and rear axle
1.9 Iroks on Boom Racing wheels

I'm thinking of going brushless and possibly putting on some new tires and wagon wheels

Interior should be off a Toyota Tacoma or prerunner...I think the seat you can make yourself using some foam and piece of a cloth stitched. Like a long seat off Tacoma or Prerunner...but I am pretty drunk as it is Friday night, I could be wrong.

Got some front wheel wells made up out of some RC4WD diamond plate. Painted them black so the diamond plate wouldn't be so noticeable.

Need to build or buy something to cover the battery in the bed. I really like the RC4WD toolbox, but for $50 it's a little steep.

Got the winch working. Amazing what running a winch off of an ESC can do compared to the standard winch controller.

I've seen scale sheets of diamond plate. Make a truck box outta that.

Took it out to get it dirty while setting up for a TTC. I need more motor. The old tired 35t just isn't going to do it

Got a start on the battery box. Don't know exactly what it's going to be yet. Tool box, pile of firewood. Still need to figure out the lid and hinge yet as well

Diamond plate installed. I have a Mamba X on the way and an old Trinity D4 I'm willing to potentially sacrifice. Got some plates in the mail from SRDLV.

Installed some "fog" lights. Thinking of making a custom led set. Would be much cleaner than a random set.

It is going good. My Mamba X should arrive tomorrow. I do have plans for an interior, just don't know when I'll get to it. It will be one of the last things I do

Thanks. I'm at work right now so I can take some pics when I get done. The mounting would be specific to those that have the GCM plate only. As I used that to mount to the Axial frame
